Preorder items will be shipped within 2 - 5 days after release date.
We send you an email after shipping.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with an original packing invoice.
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.
Customers are advised to contact us first using the contact form provided in case customers decide to return any merchandise.
Offices DO NOT take product returns, please contact us to receive RMA number before you return any goods and for the return address.
