Description

Dae Young Kang has so far set up different objects and represented the look of mosquitoes sucking blood and hiding in our dwellings, to express the boundless desires hidden inside people using a formative metaphor. In this exhibition, his intension is not just limited to revealing the negative side of men, exhibition, his intension is not just limited to revealing the negative side of men, but to talking about giving up our desires for the sake of a healthy and beautiful life, and for the sake of society. Ultimately, he is trying to suggest that when we free ourselves from our desires, our possessions, and our sense of attachment, the weight of life can be lifted. It is clear that if we empty out all the desires we keep in our minds and fill the space with the positive concepts of love, harmony, and consideration, we will free ourselves from negative concepts from life forever.

Product Description

Dae Young Kang is a writer who makes mosquitoes. Interested in the ecology and habits of mosquitoes, he recognized that the ecology of mosquitoes is similar to that of man in a unmber of ways, and tried to reflect human life through mosquitoes. He saw that human desires and the absurdity and contradictions that modern society demonstrates are increasing, just like the population of mosquitoes is gradually increasing due to environmental degradation. He attempted to draw out a self examining horizon of human beings. The Dae Young Kang mosquito, created from this head start, is similar to the original in its shape and size, so spectators might imagine that it is real.
